* How long is the show?
The show is one hour. The door opens at 5 & 8 PM for as long as 10 mins. Please come 15 mins before it. Remember a heavy traffic around that time is very common. (5PM show is for group booking only with minimum 50 pax)
* I'm now in this area but still can't find the entrance
Once you are facing Bubba Gum Restaurant in front of Bali Garden Hotel, look up for the building behind it. The theater is in the 2nd floor. Walk 50 meters east and you'll find the stairs. If you still can't find it call this number 0361 762750
* Do you accept credit card or travelers cheque?
Yes, we do. However we do not accept travel cheques
